I lived in LT 70-75, played all sports and did the AYA thing.
Chuck and I went on to play D2 football at Shippensburg State in PA. We played in the national championship playoffs in 1981, and Chuck made All American.
I went on to retire from the U.S. Army as a Colonel after 28 years.
Whole rest of the story at my face book page. http://www.facebook.com Now I’m living in Virginia and looking to start a second career in the private sector.

I posted it in the "Videos" section, too. I think the Youtube link is there. :o)
Had to share with you...I finished the Masters program this morning! I'm done! I am so excited to be finished. It was a difficult year with the schooling and work, but I made it through. I just keep thinking, I'm stronger and nothing is hard to do!
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with your family!
Lynn
I can't wait for Thanksgiving! It's been a while since all of my family has been together and we will this year. My oldest daughter lives in Charlotte, NC and will be coming home. My other daughter lives close to us and my son is a student at Mizzou, which is about 2 hours away. Will your family all be together? Have fun with that sweet baby!
Blessings,
Sylvia
That is wonderful news about Amber. She has had quite the exciting, life changing year! I wish her good luck and hope she enjoys the new knowledge.
Next Saturday, the 21st is my final day of class. This next week will be jampacked with the final research report, 35 conferences and report cards. If I can make it to Saturday, this is supposed to happen!
My daughter will be returning to Italy next month. It is slated for a six month stay. She will be learning Italian and teaching English. She spent six months there last year and loved it. She is currently teaching at a local junior college.
Your son is off and running with the world. I can see why you are proud. It is hard to see them go, however it is nice to see them go, if that makes any sense in this world. I have a sense of accomplishment when they go to face the world, like I have prepared them as much as possible, now it is their choices that will define their life.
I will be here more often after next Saturday. I plan on catching up with some old friends and making some big changes in my life! Take care and that is wonderful news about both of your children.
Lynn
