About Me:
I live with my husband of 28 years in Calabasas, California. I'm a geriatric nurse practitioner, with a special interest in hospice. I am currently working on my doctorate in nursing. I have four terrific children, a daughter in law and a son in law, and a baby grandson. I love to quilt - it's my therapy!

After Germany, my father retired to Carswell AFB in Ft. Worth, TX and I spent my last year of high school in Ft. Worth. I've been in California since 1973. My Rhein Main days were very special to me and I have been so thrilled with the growth of our RheinMainBrats family.

A lot good memories from germany ! Wish we all were back there . It seems that I didnt have a worry in the world back then...Im sure I did but just remembering the good times..I've lived here in Oklahoma ever since my dad retired in 71 from the air force. Hope everything is well with you and your family.

Nothing much!

I'm just playing with the features at this new site to see what they are about and how they work. I'm not much of a blogger though. Heck, I'm not good even keeping up via email!

Life is a little crazy right now. My mother in law died on Wednesday. She had become quite frail and had been so missing her husband. But we are all very sad to see her go.
